I'm thinking about trying yoga for the first time. Can anyone recommend a good beginner's class/ yoga center that I could try out?

    Thanks.

Fitness First offers range of classes from beginner's to experts as a group class, they have a great offer on joining fees right now, 50% off and a monthly rate of $19.95. Even if you only attend one class a week, it's a bargain. http://www.fitnessfirstclubs.com/

First you would want to try a gentle yoga class at the yoga place in Herndon, it's slow paced and you can learn the basic moves. Then if you want to move on to a more vinyasa flow hot workout type of yoga I recommend Flow Yoga in Leesburg. Inner Power Yoga in Sterling is also nice and offers the same. But if you're a beginner, I would take a non heated slow paced basic yoga first to learn the moves.
