The Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Authority of Loudoun Co. recently announced their inaugural Young Entrepreneurs Academy. It's a national program that provides hands-on entrepreneurial training to students between grades 6 through 12 and classes begin in October.

The program lasts for seven months and students will meet most Tuesday evenings from 5:00pm - 8:00pm. One recent graduate, a seventh grader from Florida, appeared on Shark Tank. The program also partners with the Mason Enterprise Center, Loudoun County Public Schools, and Loudoun Youth, Inc.

The program sounds pretty amazing and a great way for students to differentiate themselves. There are 3 information sessions 8/10, 8/24, and 9/7 and more information you can visit http://www.loudounchamber.org/YEA.
