Buy and Sell at the Spring Yard Sale One person’s junk is another’s treasure. Come shop and sell at the Broadlands Spring Community Yard Sale on Saturday, April 26th, 8:00am – 2:00pm, rain or shine at private residences throughout the neighborhood. If you would like to be included in the online listing
of addresses, please complete the Yard Sale Submission Form on the website at https://www.broadlandshoa.org/yardsale-form/. It is the resident’s responsibility to check the website to ensure inclusion and accuracy. Residents do not have to be on the list of participants to be part of the
community yard sale. Please think about going “green” by bringing along a reusable shopping bag for your purchases. Check out the list of participants to see what’s for sale and view the community map to find each unit at https://www.broadlandshoa.org/yardsale/

The HOA will be publicizing the yard sale in The Ashburn Today, The Leesburg Today, The Loudoun Times Mirror and the Washington Post.

Call for Board of Directors Candidates – Due April 7

The 2014 Annual Meeting of the members of Broadlands Association will be held on May 6, 2014.    The purpose of the meeting is to elect members to the Board of Directors, including two (2) members to serve three year terms expiring May 2017 and one (1) member to serve a one year term expiring May 2015.

If you are interested in serving, please complete the Nominating Form and Petition for Candidacy (link below) and return both documents to the Broadlands Association, Inc. office by 5:00pm on Monday, April 7, 2014. The Broadlands Association, Inc. Bylaws require that at least three other owners sign a Candidate Petition, which must be received by the association no less than twenty five (25) days before the Annual Meeting to be eligible to be included on the Ballot.
