Broadlands Town Hall Meeting with Supervisor Glass has been Rescheduled to August 21st

Broadlands Association will be hosting a town hall meeting with Supervisor Sylvia Glass now rescheduled for Monday, August 21, 2023 at 6:00pm at the Community Center located at 43004 Waxpool Road. All residents are invited to attend.
Some topics of discussion: Speeding, loud cars, vehicle break-ins/catalytic converter theft, Belmont Ridge Road widening project, Croson Lane widening, etc.

Nature Center Closed for Renovations Until Further Notice

The entire building and patios will remain closed for the duration of the renovation project. Patio furniture is not available for use at this time. Updates will be posted here on our website as needed.

While the Nature Center building is currently under renovation, the HOA staff has temporarily moved to the Clubhouse situated at 43360 Rickenbacker Sq. The HOA staff can be contacted during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm by using the contact information below.
