Maybe they believe the waxpool task force coupled with this hospital is going to solve our problems around here ;)

At least some parts of the county is moving ahead.

Weird we had the first major urban developments approved along the greenway and nothing being built. The paper said the metro coming out here now might be in trouble. We have the worst traffic nightmare in the county and do we get any money nope we get a task force instead.

Things need to change here and I say NO new development or homes in the waxpool area until the waxpool mess is fixed and by that I mean actually built before any new development homes or commercial period. Pull any permits immediately that are not approved as of yet. Maybe that will wake up the development community that the entire mess around waxpool needs to be built and finished until then. Including the flex buildings. Richmond needs to pass something along those lines this session. That will wake up the development community we mean business. Band aids to the road problem will no longer be accepted.
