    Bootcamp for Women: Great outdoor bootcamp for women starts on Monday 7/11. Classes are held every Mon/Wed/Fri from 6:00-6:50am at Fincastle Field in Ashburn. Workouts include cardio drills, strength training, and corework. All fitness levels are welcome! Summer session runs from 7/11 - 8/15 and costs $175.00.
