The luxury suite is within Ocean Beach Club Hotel(opened 2005, second phase finished last year), 19 floors, FIVE STAR resort right on the beach(http://www.vboceanbeachclub.com).
It's located at the north end of the beach, next to the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront.

GREAT PRICE:
The official hotel rate for a ONE bedroom suite is ~$260/per night for the same week, equivalent to $1820/week plus TAX.
I am offering at $900 for the whole week, a 50% SAVING even without considering TAX saving!
Adjacent Hilton Hotel room rate: ~$300/per night, only one bedroom, no kitchen, no living room, no dining area.

Details of the suite:
One bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with pullout sofa bed.
Maximum sleeping capacity: 4 adults. Total living space of the suite is about 650 square feet.
Other features: 2 TVs (plasma TV in living room), high speed Internet access, Jacuzzi Tub in master bath. Baby cribs can be provided at no cost upon request.

Rent: $900 -- whole week, sleeps 4.
Check in: 06/05/2008(Friday) after 5:00 PM
Check out: 06/12/2008(Friday) before 10:00 AM
Partial week rental (minimum three nights) will also be considered.

Do you have any pics of your suite? I rented a "suite" in Myrtle Beach once and it turned out to be a long hotel room with a kitchen that had enough counter space for me to make a sandwich and nothing else.

PowerPlay, I've stayed at the Ocean Beach Club, and while not large, the suite is an actual suite with a separate bedroom. There isn't a kneewall or some other lame excuse architectural detail

However, I would find out what floor the suite is on. The lower level rooms on the beach side get a lot of noise from the pool below. Avoid the "concierge" as much as possible, they annoy the heck out of you trying to get you to attend a presentation to buy a timeshare.

and avoid the boardwalk area...ugh...sorry we just prefer Hatteras in NC

I have stayed at this resort and would consider it the nicest in Va Beach. The suites are spacious and the indoor pool was a huge hit with the kids. The concierge will try and get you to take a "preview" of the resort but they were very willing to make dinner reservations and have the best deals on Busch Garden Tickets.
