    HOA Management Company located in the Boardlands is in need of an Administrative Assistant.

    This is a full-time (37 hours per week) position.
    Hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00-5:00 and Friday 9:00-2:00

    Benefits Include: Two weeks paid leave, Paid holidays, Family friendly flexibility, Salary commensurate with experience and abilities

    Attributes Required: The right candidate for this administrative leadership position would be: Mature, well organized, pro-active, forward thinking, have a passion for helping others and solving issues, an excellent communicator (both orally and in writing), possess strong computer skills, friendly and flexible.

    Managing homeowner associations requires an attitude of service to others and the ability to think outside of the box. We are a small independent boutique management company that specializes in niche services and high-tech communications with state of the art technology.

    Our company provides a very family-friendly working environment where no two days are the same and creative problem solving is encouraged. We are interested in someone who can take a leadership role of all administrative functions.
