Hello Cliff,
My husband and I are new to Broadlands. When is the HOA meeting for residents scheduled? Thank you.

 

All HOA meetings are open to all residents. The Board meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 530pm at the Nature Center. As you can see Item IV above is the owners comments sections and generally happens in the 1st 15 min - but if you have something to discuss and show up after that we would welcome your input.

If you are refering to the Annual Meeting - it is held in May of each year.
