Air-filled plastic packing material

    Dear neighbor,
    It is good that you recycle those air-filled plastic packing materials that comes with most shipped packages these days. The environment thanks you. Can you take it a step further? Before placing them in your recycle bin, can you pop the air out and put them together (maybe in a used plastic grocery bag)? Otherwise, they end up wrapped around somebody's bushes or maybe on the driveway of the house down the street. Thank you.

    Can those even be included in the recycle pick up?

    Yes, as long as the plastic is not loose. From Patriot's website regarding acceptable recyclable materials: Clear, bagged plastic film (grocery bags contained within 1 bag)
