American Flatbread Closing Clarendon Location

    Today, American Flatbread sent out an email to customers stating:

    "It's with a Heavy Heart that I need to let you know that we will be ceasing operations at American Flatbread Clarendon Hearth as of Christmas Eve. So please go out and send them out BIG."

    Apparently the've been dealing with a nasty combo of landlord drama and depressed economy. Very sad to see Clarendon shut down after such a short time.

    I realize it's a recurring message, but it's important to support local independent restaurants so our dining options aren't limited to chains with laminated menus. AFB has kindly owners who offer great food in a nice setting. You'd miss 'em if they were gone. Please go out and support the Ashburn American Flatbread location!!!
