Another request for housekeeping referral

I am in dire need of a new cleaning service. I know there have been a few others who've posted reccomendations, but I'm looking for someone who covers specific tasks:

Dust, wipe-down, polish tabletop items with the appropriate cleanser (knicks-knacks, phones, cannisters, etc.,)

Dust shelves with appropriate cleanser

Properly clean floors, ensuring corners are clean and all residue is removed

Clean visible prints from walls, doors, switch plates

Replace wastebasket bags and liners

Change linens

Put everything back where it belongs before leaving (blinds reopened, pet food bowls moved back to floors, furniture not moved six feet away from its proper place)

Offering optional laundry

If anyone has a really good housekeeper they think might fit the bill, kindly let me know. Thanks!
