Any plans to connect b-lands road to Route 606?

    Are there any plans in the works to have any if the roads hooked to Route 606?

    I want to avoid Waxpool all together. I know how to go behind AOL.

    Dont hold you breath... There are "plans" but no money and no timeline - so if youre like me youll probably be retired before they resolve the traffic issues.

    Best case scenario right now is getting Glouchester/Nokes Blvd completed and hopefully the traffic going to Village/Belmont areas takes that route opening up some capacity on Waxpool.

    Speaking of the road network in the area, wasn't the widening of Ashburn Village Blvd in front of the Morley Corner development supposed to be finished before the end of 2011? Is this another road that is waiting for a VDOT certification?

    Also, I understand that the developer of the Fairfield at Ryan's Corner apartment complex will be widening/improving Waxpool Road between Ashburn Road and Ashburn Village Blvd. Who, then, will widen/improve Waxpool between Asburn Village Blvd. and Verizon?
