    Job Description: Position to develop and implement workforce housing initiatives approved by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors which includes establishing a Housing Trust Fund, expanding the revitalization tax program, etc. Responsible for developing an overall housing needs plan for Loudoun County. Position will work closely with and serve as a liaison from the Department of Social Services to the Housing Advisory Board, Industrial Development Authority, Economic Development Commission and other appropriate entities. Monitor financial records with appropriate staff to ensure that federal, state and local funds are disbursed and utilized appropriately. Supervises staff and other duties as assigned

    Qualifications: Requires a Masters degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Services, Public Policy or a related field and four years experience in housing, government related services, human services, contract management, policy development and community programming.
