Armstrong Connect Question

My wife and I bought our Southern Walk Van Metre TH in March 05 from the original owners who never moved into the home. We have encountered the issue with having the original owners names on various documents from VM, HOA and now the Armstrong Connect website. We have logged in with our account onto that site and it shows the original owners names and our names. We have e-mailed the webmaster or whoever it is that maintains the site and requested they remove the original owners names and they said they would. However, to date, nothing has been done about this and we are miffed. The original owners were very rude and irritating at settlement, never paid any bills on the home and never lived there. We would like our names to be the only names that appear on any papers or websites regarding our home. We've made this rewuest to VM, to HOA and now to Armstrong.

How can we make this happen? Any ideas?

 

I"ve just talked to Wes, and evidently emails have been going back and forth on this. Have you been able to view your information correctly ??

Thanks Neil. E-mails have been going back and forth but apparently the tech staff for the Armstrong website are stumped on how to resolve the problem. Hopefully it will be resolved.
