    Please review the following overview and update on the Ashburn Recreation Center that is currently under construction. This is a county facility and NOT part of Broadlands HOA:

    The recreation center is being built on land located along Broadlands Boulevard, west of the intersection with Claiborne Parkway. Once completed, it will be a 117,000-square-foot facility that will feature a 50-meter competition pool, leisure pool, spa, full-size gymnasium, a splash play area, and much more.
    Construction crews have completed the structural steel skeleton and have been working on installing the building’s exterior walls. Installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems have also started. This project is expected to reach substantial completion by summer 2025.
