Au Pair?

    Hi,

    I am looking into hiring an au pair and I'd like to hear from someone who has done this. Did you use a placement agency? If so, which one and do you have any recommendations, things to look out for, etc?

    My coworker used Au Pair Care for their now 2 year old and they love it. The first au pair was German and the second was Japanese (they can only do one year at a time and maybe get an extension I believe). They took their au pair on all vacations (cruise of the Baltics once) and really embraced her into their family.
