Does anyone know what the Dunkins Donuts/Baskin Robins construction has been halted for so long and when (if ever) it will start up again?

I've heard some holes have developed in their plans.

Their proposal only received a sprinkling of support -- when the Great One in charge of the project pitched it, everyone's eyes glazed over...

If I were building a DD and/or BR, it would be located in an area that had more traffic than the proposed location in a housing development. People aren't going to drive out of their way into work to stop by DD to pick up donuts and coffee.

Let's not sugar coat DD's internal problems. They are getting creamed by the media right now for faulty tax reporting.

Good one. Or should I say Great One?

I feel like I'm in that scene from Austin Powers talking about the guy who lost his head...

Here's the latest I received from the owner:

The pad site delivered by Tetra Partners is not buildable because there is too much clay in ground and as of now we are in discussions with tetra to have that fixed before we can build the building.
