Broadlands Brickoven Pizzeria

    Does anyone know what the deal is with the pizza at the Broadlands Brickoven pizzeria? We have ordered a few times and it has been extremely inconsistent. The first time (which was within the 1st few days of them opening) it was pretty bad to our standards. Then we ordered take-out a few weeks later and absolutley loved it. Then we got it again (the night of the tornados) and really didn't like it again. It seems like they are changing recipes. Has anyone had a similar experience? [?]

    THE PURPOSE OF THIS VISIT WAS TO FOLLOWUP ON THE VISIT OF 8/31/04 WHICH WAS A CHANGE OF OWNER INSPECTION. THE UNDERSIGNED EHS WAS SUBSTITUTING FOR THE REGULAR EHS WHO WAS GOING ON VACATION. SEVEN OF THE NINE DEFICIENCIES WERE CORRECTED , TWO REMAIN.

    Because of the change of ownership, they decided to change some of the recipes as well. One of the things they changed was the pizza sauce.
