After a long day of travel, we decided to give Glory Days another chance. Last time, we sat at the bar due to poor service at a table. We had ordered a full set of ribs to share, which were actually served to us burnt to a crisp. Of course we sent it back, coupled with the fact the sweet potato fries were cold. The manager talked to us, and of course our meal came out perfect after we sent it back. Come on...how does it go out burnt with cold fries? Where is the quality control? Well yesterday, unfortunatly was not any better, and prompted this email and our determination not to ever go back there again!
We ordered to go, and notified the rep that we had a bad meal last time we were there, and were giving them another chance. We ordered the ribs, with sweet potato fries and an appetizer to share. The appetizer was fine, but what sweet potato fries they had in the box (there were not many) were cold and seemingly the ribs felt warm to the touch and did not appear burnt. We were provided hot fries and then went home. Much to our dismay, the ribs were so dried out they were almost jerky! We couldn't believe it. Not again! But yes, it was true. We gave up on calling the restaurant as we will not be going back again.
Be forwarned...If you choose to go to Glory Days, you may need to be prepared to send your meals back for a good quality product. You should get what you pay for, in a hot, eatable quality form.
