Hey Everyone!!

Does anyone have any good pictures from last summer's concerts? Any pics you have would be great whether it be of you, your kids, the bands, whatever- I'd like to keep them on file and possibly use them with our marketing materials.

Plus, if you have any testimonials or stories or any comments at all about the concerts, the vendors, the t-shrits, the music, etc. please post them here or email me at sunny@broadlandslive.com

We have a great line-up this summer! There is info in the newsletter that you received today and you should all be getting postcards next week...

This Friday night from 5:30-9:30 Hillside Park will be rocking and rolling with the Mary Ann Redmond Band and Still Surfin'. www.marb.com www.stillsurfin.com
Bring a chair and your family on over for a great time! It's a free concert and there will be vendors there selling food- and special volunteer groups selling water, soda, candy and glow wear to raise money for their organizations.
The weather is supposed to be beautiful so make a plan to be there!

We had a great time Friday night. Thanks to the committee for all their hard work. We look forward to the next concert on July 15th.

We had a great time too- Still Surfin' was spot on- how do they reach those high notes? (tight pants?)...

The next show is July 15- we have a special kids show from 5:30-6:30 with Billy B. Then we welcome back Hi-Octane and the Texas Chainsaw Horns. This band is incredible, versatile, a little bit crazy and a lot of fun. Links to these bands can be found on www.broadlandslive.com

We went on Friday night and had a great time as well. Only suggestion we could possibly make is to make more room in the "beer garden" -- we really had to squeeze in since we got there at 6:30 (unable to get there any sooner due to work).

Events like this are why we decided to move to Broadlands -- thanks to all involved (sorry, no camera but will try to remember next time!)

We also have a special kids show from 5:30-6:30 with Billy B that is really appropriate for all ages.

There is a special teen band opener from 5:30-6:30 called The Josh Estrada Project. Check out their website www.joshestrada.com
The headliner is Dr.FU, a rock cover band- they are awesome

Food and sodas/water will be sold at this free show- so just bring your chairs, family and friends for a true rock show. If you plan on elbow-bending, bring your ID and your own drinks- but no glass bottles please

By the way....we need photographers!!!! Bring your camera and take tons of pictures and submit them to me. I'll tell you what- let's have a contest. Best picture I get from this show wins a prize.
