    I think the phase II buildings are turning out to be quite attractive. They sure came a long way from the two cinder-block walls they once were.

    I noticed that there is now a sign along Claiborne stating that they are leasing Phase III! I'm guessing that Phase II is now sold out.

    Well, on the Saul Center's website, they still show two small suites open in Phase II, one for 772sf and the other 1275sf. They have not yet shown any leasing plan for Phase III, however with that sign up, I suspect that it will be along soon.

    They also have the one location for a fastfood or other store still open as 'future pad'.
