    This has made me giggle on more than one drive by. And I'd like to point out that this could easily have been the work of a bored parent or adult...maybe with their yutes. I'm just sayin'

    I've seen the sheriff's car (twice) at around 6am by the Broadlands Fountain - was he guarding the Fountain???

    If he is it is not by HOA request. Van Metre owns the fountain along with the Boardwalk so they may have put in a request to the sheriff's office
