Can you help keep our family running smoothly?

We are looking for a live-out English speaking "jack of all trades" to keep our family running smoothly! The work would entail:
* housekeeper - clean entire home, do laundry, change linens, etc.
* home organizer - closets, rooms, etc
* dog walker - occasional need according to schedule (large, family dogs)
* nanny - occasional back up child care as needed for our 8 year old sons, possibility for some early morning or late evening depending on work schedule
* errands - dry cleaning, pharmacy, grocery pick-up etc
Hours can be flexible, ideally 5-6 hours two days per week. You must have your own transportation, be a non-smoker, and be able to provide excellent references.
