Isn't that where the screen door usually goes? Sorry I had to be funny this morning. Yes you can - just remember to review the guidelines and submit an application for the change to the Modifications Committee (Now I sound like Neil)

I didn't think you had to go through the ARB to put on a screen door......

ANYTHING ... and I DO mean ANYTHING that changes the exterior of your house in one way or another, must go through the HOA's Modfications Subcommittee, see the Declaration for Broadlands, Section 7.5(a).

SO .. if you've added something and you've not applied for the change, just hope that you're within the guidelines, as the HOA has had people remove unapproved changes that did not meet the guidelines.

If you don't have a copy of the guidelines, they are available for online review here: http://hoa.broadlands.org/info/designguides/designguides.htm
