We are getting ready to install a deck. Was able to open and print application form but I cannot open the deck design guidelines pdf files? Any suggestions? Can someone email them to me?

I just tested under IE 7, Firefox 2, Firefox 3 all on Windows. I also just tested under Safari 3.1 and Firefox 3 on Mac OS X. Also works in Firefox on Redhat/Fedora Linux

Could you describe what your issue is? Is it simply not opening up in your browser? Can you right-click and Save As to save the pdf on your computer and then open it?

Also, when you click on the actual document, are you giving it a few seconds to load or are you not getting the document immediately and re-clicking, etc? Try clicking on the document and waiting a few seconds for Adobe Reader to load, download the document, process it and display it.

If you're getting an error message, please post it here.

    Thanks!

Hi! Yes, the issue is that it is not opening up in my browser. After several minutes, all I see is just a blank (white) screen (browser page, the pdf never opens). The hour glass icon that usually indicates a page is still loading, times out. I work with PDF's often and have no problem opening these type of files. As I mentioned, I was able to open the app form.

Do me a favor; click on a document and wait 30 seconds. Then, click on the reload icon in your browser. Does the PDF load at that point, or do you still get a blank screen?

The trick worked. I tried it several times.
