Home Repair Carpeting

    The carpeting in all my rooms on the top level of my townhome are starting to bubble up. Does anyone have any recommendations on who can fix this? the flooring company VM used wants to charge me $75 just to come out and inspect the carpet. It has only been about three years and I would think that if the carpeting was done properly I would not be having this issue in all rooms.
