Cars Observing on Broadlands Blvd

    Does anyone know what is up with the cars at the intersections on Broadlands Blvd? There are cars observing traffic at Glebe View and Broadlands Blvd, at the school board and Broadlands Blvd, at Chickakoan and Broadlands Blvd and at Clairborne and Broadlands Blvd?

    They are all over. I have seen them on 7 and Belmont Ridge Road as well.

    Likely related to the hospital resubmitting its County application(s). A traffic study is required for those sorts of things, and the rubber-tube counters don't always capture the needed info, so they hire firms to have people manually count traffic, turns, etc.

    There were cars on Belmont Ridge Road from Ashburn Farm Pkwy to Truro Parish.
