Charlottesville and Massanutten with a toddler

    You guys often have good advice - so I am wondering if you have any activities to recommend for us to do with our 18 mo. old while we are visiting Charlottesville and Massanutten in a few weeks.

    Obviously, we will be going to the waterpark in Massanutten, but she is too small for tubing and I am not sure she would sit in a backpack or stroller for a long historical tour. Ideas?
