Chicken Pox

    Is chicken pox going around? My child has a couple spots and I'm hoping she's getting them so we can get them over with! I haven't heard much about it going around, though.

    It doesn't seem to go around much anymore now that they give kids the chicken pox vaccinations. I do know a child in my daughter's daycare that had a mild case of them even though he'd been vaccinated so that's not uncommon but gone are the days when you want to put all the healthy kids next to the infected one so they can get it over with early!

    Yep, I know tons of kids who were vaccinated that got them anyway! I won't get started on that stuff! Her spots have vanished. I was hoping to get it over with!
