Common Area Needing Attention

    I was out walking this morning and passed the corner of Chicacoan & Broadlands Blvd. There are weeds growing that must be 5 feet tall (they were almost as tall as me).

    The area is the length of two backyards. I'm guessing that since it's on the other side of the homeowners' fences, they consider it common area to be taken care of by HLS. I think HLS takes care of the adjoining sidewalk - maybe they could hit this area with their trimmers as well.
