concrete curb

    Does anyone know what they are doing to the concrete curbs?

    I'm not sure specifically what you are referring to, but the Developer may be getting them ready for VDOT approval. If there are any cracks or chips in the existing curb, VDOT will not accept it. The Developer usually goes around and checks out the streets they are trying to turn over to VDOT for maintenance and repair any damaged curbs or driveway aprons.
