    Anyone out there have a contractor they'd recommend to power wash and seal a deck? Thanks for the input!

    We just used BRD Painting Inc. They did a great job power washing and sealing our deck and were very reliable and quick. Ask for Rich DuVall (the owner). His number is 703-794-0200, cell is 703-955-9546.
