Deck Setbacks

    What determines the setback? I think the County determines the setback, is there an online site where one can find out?

    Our plat shows no restriction lines behind the house. TIA

    The county does set the setbacks, and any reputable builder would know what they are.

    You can go to http://inetdocs.loudoun.gov/b&d/docs/1993zoningordin_2/article5_/index.htm
    for the zoning ordinances that should cover this.
