I tried to find my answer through search, but didn't have any success. I'm a tad confused about deck size. We're in the M&S townhomes in SW and have an interior unit. I looked on the HOA site yesterday and found some rules but wanted clarification. It says my deck has to be at least 1' from the property line which would mean I'd have 18' to work with (since my TH is 20' wide). But, it says the maximum deck size can be no wider then 16'. Is that correct? The last revision on the page I printed out was 9/99. I just wanted to make sure that was still correct. I'd prefer to have my deck be 18' wide! And, the 12' deep seems reasonable to me.

    Thanks!

Before you do anything, call Maureen at the HOA office on Monday to clarify the requirements. I'm fairly sure that there are separate guidelines for the M&S townhomes in SW. The ones you were looking at were probably for the ones in the northern part of Broadlands.

    Thanks, Neil. I'll do that.
