Dentist Baron Mitchell (SW Plaza)

Does anyone know what happened to the Dentist in the Southern Walk Plaza?

He basically up and left without word. My husband and I were going there and had appointments in February, when no postcards came for reminders I called and the number is no longer in service. Then we walked by and there was an eviction notice.

We have since gone to see another dentist, but he has all of our medical records. At our last visit we had Xrays taken and our insurance won't cover another set for a while.

I apologize if this topic has already been discussed.

 

I believe I remember a thread stating that he forwarded all records to the dentist in the Safeway plaza.
