    Does anyone know what all the digging is that has been going on for a week or so?

    They are probably subcontractors for Dominion Power putting in electric for the street lights.

    I talked with the project foreman yesterday and was told they were installing upgraded telephone equipment for OpenBand. Why dig up a homeowners lawn once, when you can do it twice or even thrice.

    VM tore up my front lawn to install the power wires for 2 of the street lights. They tore up my lawn 2 weeks ago now and it's still on going.
