DIY siding power wash advice?

    Any DIY'ers here power washed their siding? just looking for any advice, things to make the job easier. I have access to a residential grade power washer from a neighbor but I will rent one if that's the right thing to do. So, if you've done it yourself, what did you wish you knew beforehand or wish you had done differently? thanks.
