Does Virginia new traffic fines violate Eighth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

    Another clear sign, like reading while driving, speed limits set too low are dangerous.

    These drivers feel current speeds require so little attention they have time to do something else while they drive.

    This is the kind of activity VA should slap the huge fines on.

    And now, I'm gone,

    Huh? According to your "logic," how can VA slap huge fines on this activity when it is clearly their fault for setting speed limits too low? Shouldn't they, according to your logic above, just raise the speed limits to a point where drivers are forced to put all their attention into driving instead of playing video games?

    Because we all know that if the speed limits were higher, these same people who feel the need to fax, play video games and watch movies while driving would simply stop doing this. Not. Wow.
