Dracula @ Briar Woods!

Black Forest Productions, the drama department at Briar Woods High School, would like to invite everyone in the community to their performance of Dracula.

After a harrowing ride through the Carpathian Mountains in Eastern Europe Renfield, a real estate agent, enters Castle Dracula to finalize the transferal of Carfax Abbey in London to Count Dracula. Who, unbeknownst to him, is a vampire. There Renfield is hypnotized, turned into Dracula's guardian, made to protect him during his sea voyage to London.
Soon after his arrival, Dracula's rampage begins. First he sucks the blood of the young Lucy Weston, turning her into a vampire. Dracula soon turns his attention to her friend, the beautiful Mina Seward, daughter of the prominent Dr. Seward. The Doctor, noticing a problem, then calls in a specialist, Dr. Van Helsing, to diagnose the sudden deterioration of Mina's health. Van Helsing, realizing that Mina is under the control of the vampire Count Dracula, tries to prepare Mina's fiancé, John Harker, and Dr. Seward for what is to come and the measures that will have to be taken to prevent Mina from becoming one of the undead.

Sunday, Nov. 11 @ 3:00pm

Friday, Nov. 16 @ 7:00pm
Saturday, Nov. 17 @ 7:00pm

Tickets are $7 for Adults, $5 for Students

This performance may not be suitable for the younger children, as it does contain some darker elements.

One Week Until Dracula!

Exactly One Week Until Dracula Opens!

For those of you with children that go to Briar Woods, tickets will be on pre-sale Wednesday through Friday this week during all lunch shifts at school. Tickets will be $5 open seating, and will be good for any night of the play.
