Emilio's Brick Oven Pizza

    Emilio's Brick Oven Pizza is now open in Lansdowne Town Center.

    From the Leesburg Today article:

    Emilio's Brick Oven Pizza opened in the center for slightly different reasons on March 31. Owner Emil Azar said he decided to open a second Northern Italian eatery because his Sterling location became "isolated" by road construction and the completion of a Rt. 28 interchange. "I lost business over there. So, I decided to come over here," Azar said.

    The 5,000-square-foot space seats 150 and features what Azar said was the largest brick oven in North America: Its dimensions are 12 feet by 40 feet with an 8-foot diameter inside the oven. The menu includes vegetarian and meat pizzas, salads and sandwiches.
