    I'm just curious, is there a missing a shutter on the top floor or is that a shadow?

    Yeah, there IS a missing shutter...and, actually, since this photo was taken, the other top shutter fell off. The wind whipped through a lot this spring. I'm only a renter in this townhouse, but I am trying to find new renters for our landlord. We did notify the owner about the shutters, and I believe he is taking measures to replace them.

    It's a great place, and one of the best prices in Broadlands for the space!
