Finally House Hitting Market

House is finally hitting market.. Will hit the MLS late next week. Link to old site I have up is http://www.ancarrow.com/home.htm -- Listing it at $914 -- My neighbors house is on market (right across street and same model) is $1.1M and one right behind me is $999 - So pricing it to sell.. I know all you live here now - but just in case you know anyone... Cheers..!

 

I have the same model..how do you figure 5600 sq. feet?

 

Yea.. It says approximate but its very close. I think it actually measures 5592 (per my lastest appraisal - measured) or something like that. Some in the hood have advertised a bit higher but not sure how they get that..

But rule of thumb is basement adds 1/2 of above grade space (about) so 3800 (with all bump outs and sunroom and library extension) is about another 1900 in basement - which adds up to 5700 - but you lose some in the basement..
