    Please Join Us for ``Fitness Fest'' at Life Time Fitness this Saturday benefitting the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.


    Saturday, April 18th
    8:30am - 10:30am
    (Registration begins at 8am)

    Lifetime Fitness
    44610 Prentice Drive
    Sterling, VA 20166

    Studio 1:
    8:30-10:30 - Latin Fusion, Kickbox, Strike, and Step

    Studio 2:
    9:30-10:30 - Cardio Resistance Training
    10:45-11:15 - Core

    Cycle Studio:
    8:30 & 9:45 - Studio Ride

    COME WEARING YOUR PINK

    Join us as these inspiring classes flow
    in a rhythm that is guaranteed to keep
    you moving, grooving, and wanting more!

    $10 donation at the door
    helps raise funds for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer

    This event is open to members & non-members alike. Child Care available. Bring your swimsuits for a swim in our pool after the Fest.
    If it rains and you can't go to soccer, t-ball or baseball bring your family to this event!
