Fixed Color Issue with non-IE browsers

    For all you Firefox, Mozilla, Opera, etc, users out there, I finally figured out what was causing the color issue on some of our pages when using these browsers. Turns out that the software we are using is making use of 'extended' color names in the CSS definitions. I changed all the definitions to their HEX equivalents and everything is fine now.

    Sorry for the very long delay getting this fixed for you all (including myself! I'm a Firefox user!)

    I can adjust the flood control setting; is it too long right now?

    I set it to 60 secs, but if people have issues with that, I can always adjust it downwards...
