Flicks in the Sticks - Sat, Jun 24 - Cancelled!

    The first Flicks in the Sticks for the summer will be this Saturday, June 24 on the south lawn at the Nature Center. Bring the kids and the lawn chairs (or a blanket) and stake out your space early to get a good seat.

    Also - we could really use volunteers to help with running this event. It's easy: Help put the "screen" up, or take it down; Make/serve popcorn; Give out raffle tickets; whatever you want to do to help.

    If you can spare a few hours on a warm, summer evening come on out - help out or just watch the movie.

    PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE CURRENT WEATHER FORECASTS FOR POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS THUNDERSTORMS ON SATURDAY, THE FLICKS IN THE STICKS HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

    We do not want to risk the safety of our volunteers or residents attending this event. In addition, it's possible that the lawn area will be too wet to use.

    Please join us on July 29 for the next Flicks in the Sticks.
