Good Will drop off

I'm sure this has been mentioned or asked before, but here goes. I'm using my holiday to clean out my closets. Does anyone know where I can drop off clothes for donation (i.e. Good Will, Salvation Army..)? Thanks!

 

When I saw them before, there were drop-off containers right in the heart of old town Ashburn. If you go on Ashburn Road, just before Partlows and the W&OD trail - you will see on your right a gravel parking lot. In there were containers for donations last time I checked.

 

The Salvation Army has a drop-off center near Leesburg (10 Cardinal Park Dr SE, Leesburg, VA 20175 (703) 771-3371)

The Resourceful Woman also takes donated clothes and other stuff (11 Loudoun St SW # A, Leesburg, VA 20175 (703) 771-8173). All proceeds benefit the Loudoun Abused Women's Shelter.

 

And the Good Shepard Alliance Thrift Store and donation center is just past the fire station.

and there's a Goodwill drop off in Sterling.

 

There is a great new (open since October) thrift stor in Leesburg across from the Tally Ho called Capital Hospice Thrift Store. All proceeds go to help Capital Hospice and it is really great!
