This is our timeshare that we can't use this year.

The luxury suite is within Ocean Beach Club Hotel(opened 2005, second phase finished last year), 19 floors, FIVE STAR resort right on the beach(http://www.vboceanbeachclub.com). It's located at the north end of the beach, next to the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront.

GREAT PRICE:
The official hotel rate for a two bedroom suite is ~$380/per night for the same week, equivalent to $2600/week plus TAX. I am offering at $1450 for the whole week (other pricing options available, see below).
Adjacent Hilton Hotel average room rate: ~$350/per night, only one bedroom, NO kitchen, NO living room, no dining area.

Details of the suite:
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with pullout sofa bed.
Maximum sleeping capacity: 6 adults. Total living space of the suite is about 915 square feet.
Other features: 3 TVs (plasma TV in living room), high speed Internet access, Jacuzzi Tub in master bath. Baby cribs can be provided at no cost upon request.

Resort Amenities:
Oceanfront Pools and Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, Game Room

Rental Options:
1) $1450 -- whole week, whole suite (sleeps 6 adults)

Check out: 06/12/2008(Friday) before 10:00 AM

This suite can be saperated into two independent units.
2) 900 -- whole week
One bedroom/bath, full kitchen, living room, dining area, sleeps 4 adults.

Check out: 06/12/2008(Friday) before 10:00 AM

3) $650 -- whole week
One bedroom/bath studio, a mini kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, sleeps 2 adults.

For all three rental options, partial week rental (at least three nights) will also be considered.
