Gutter cleaning and/or protection

    Can anyone recommend a company that cleans out the gutters on your house? What about a gutter guard (or leaf guard- whatever they're called)?
    I have no idea how much these companies charge, but I've noticed quite a bit of leaves in my gutters.

    There's that company that advertises on the cable channels, they also sell the gutter 'helmet' devices.
