Guy from LOCO taking pictures of all our homes?

    Anyone know why a guy in a LOCO gov car is driving around and taking pictures of all our homes? (At least on Marsh Creek Dr. he is)

    Funny, I just saw him and though what the heck. He stopped in front of each house and took a pic. Called Maureen and then the sheriff non-emergency number (could not quite make out the Loco sticker).

    Here are the license plates as captured by our surveillance camera (I've cropped 1/2 of the plate since we appear to at least know he is not casing the houses).
